Anne's reply: "Ummmm…well… I don't know about all these kind words. I'm just doing what seems naturally part of my passion, and being … well, I wouldn’t want to solidify that in words. I like to think of myself as a Dung beetle! Yes, I said Dung beetle. I love Dung beetles. Mine is lichen green and gorgeous. Mostly Dung beetles are glossy brown and groomed. Think about it, life is full of shit so having the capacity to roll that up and get it behind you so you can move on is extremely intelligent and resourceful. And doing that with your hind legs puts it where such things belong, into the past. It leaves you free to be hands on, active, involved.  So the future in front is wide open and clear and inviting, which leaves the 'here and now' bursting with energy and ideas, outcomes and performance and relating.

Although we do provide management reports about our coaching and profiling interventions, all reports generated from coaching sessions are first approved by the coachee. We pride ourselves in providing a safe environment for our coachees, where they can be assured that whatever they share stays between them and the coach.
  • SECURITY - Our Identity Compass assessment has a 2048 bit encryption that is triple encoded with 3 different methods. This means that no unauthorised person can hack the profile of your managers and executives. Our INSAfrica IP and client gathered information is appropriately secured and the systems under constant update for the protection of personal and business data.
  • REVERSE MANAGEMENT – Under no circumstances will we be part of any action by any organisation or senior manager to get rid of an employee by managing them to the opposite of their personal preferences as indicated in the Identity Compass technology.
